Graduation requirementsGraduation Requirements: Associate of Arts1. Students are responsible for monitoring their progress in satisfying requirements for their program.
2. The two year curriculum for the Associate of Arts requires 62 semester credits (includes practicum credits).
3. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for graduation. 4. Six weeks before graduation a student must submit to the Registrar a petition for graduation with graduation fee. 5. Prior to graduation a student's account must be paid in full. Transcripts and diplomas will not be released unless a student's account is paid.
6. Degree candidates are required to attend the baccalaureate service and graduation.
Graduation Requirements: One Year Certificate
1. Students are responsible for monitoring their progress in satisfying requirements for their program.
2. The one year certificate requires 31 semester credits (which includes practicum credits).
3. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for graduation.
4. Six weeks before graduation a student must submit to the Registrar a petition for graduation with the graduation fee. 5. Prior to graduation a student's account must be paid in full. Transcripts and certificate will not be released unless a student's account is paid.
Graduation Requirements: Diploma in Urban Ministry1. Students are responsible for monitoring their progress in satisfying requirements for their program.2. The one year diploma requires 25 semester credits (which includes practicum credits). The two year diploma requires 50 credits. 3. In Carlson courses, students take exams but do not have to write papers. In non-Carlson Courses, students should check with their professor on the course work reduction. Students receive grades but no college credit. 4. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is required for graduation.
